Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package has been delivered to the carrier.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring afterward.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.
8. RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused;
- returned in its original packaging;
- include all original contents;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns must be authorized before shipment.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

9. REFUNDS
